- Client Application & Billing Data: Proprietary data entered into custom billing software tools or admin panels processed securely through zero-knowledge or serverless cloud endpoints.

01 Scope of Services
Aurgenzo provides bespoke web development, managed cloud hosting, custom billing & inventory software suites, administrative portals, animated invitation media, and AI model integration services. All services are governed by agreed project scopes and milestone definitions.
02 Intellectual Property & Deliverable Ownership
- Client Deliverables: Upon 100% contract payment clearance, the client holds full ownership rights to bespoke website design assets, custom source code components, and database structures created specifically for their project.
- Aurgenzo Frameworks: Pre-existing reusable studio libraries, core engine architecture, boilerplate modules, and Aurgenzo trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aurgenzo.
03 Billing, Invoicing & Milestone Refund Terms
- Payment schedules are established upfront via milestone phases or recurring licensing contracts.
- Milestone Refunds: Unstarted milestone deposits are fully refundable prior to project phase commencement. Completed and client-accepted milestones are non-refundable.
- Hosting & License Subscriptions: Software licenses and hosting plans can be cancelled with 14 days written notice prior to the upcoming renewal cycle.
- Late Payments: Accounts with invoices past 15 days overdue may experience temporary service suspension until clearance.
04 User Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy
Clients and end-users explicitly agree NOT to:
- Attempt unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability exploitation, or reverse engineering of Aurgenzo servers or software products.
- Utilize Aurgenzo custom billing software for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal financial activities.
- Abuse AI Studio API quotas through automated web scraping, rate-limit bypassing, or malicious bot automation.
05 Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime Guarantee
Aurgenzo targets 99.9% uptime for hosted websites, billing backends, and admin portals. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Aurgenzo is not liable for service interruptions caused by upstream DNS providers, internet service outages, or force majeure events.
06 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurgenzo's cumulative financial liability for any claims arising out of or connected to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Aurgenzo during the six (6) months prior to the incident.
07 Service Termination
Either party may terminate a service contract with 14 days written notice. Aurgenzo reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access without notice in the event of severe security violations, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.
08 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of India.
